Kevin Patterson
Director of Facilitation and Program Development
Kevin Patterson is Leadership Dynamics’ Director of Facilitation and Program Development. His experience as a teacher, mentor, journalist, and leader provides students with unique perspectives and insight. Helping others achieve their work and financial goals while also growing in their personal lives is what inspires Kevin at LDI. He strives to help participants realize their professional and personal dreams, creating a transformative lifestyle that fosters happier and healthier lives.
David Miles
Director of Sales and Marketing
David Miles is Leadership Dynamics’ Director of Sales and Marketing. David has extensive experience in selling, marketing, and corporate leadership with tenures at Cooper Industries, The Stanley Works, and Bellota Tools. Most recently he was the president of Simonds Saw, where he was a client of Leadership Dynamics for nearly 15 years. David is helping LDI grow and expand into new markets while supporting and coaching our clients with his business leadership experience.
Thelma Desrosiers
Program Coordinator
Thelma Desrosiers is Leadership Dynamics’ program coordinator and administrative assistant. She oversees all of LDI’s showcase and in-house programs, as well as the administrative support needs of the company. Thelma’s years of experience in administration, as well as her efficiency, professionalism, and dedication, contribute greatly to LDI’s smooth running and success.
Lois Brown
Special Projects Manager & Accounting
Lois Brown oversees our payroll and billing. Her diligence and precision help ensure LDI’s ongoing success. She and Paul have been married for over 50 years, and have eight grandchildren.
Julia Patterson
Assistant Program Coordinator
Julia Patterson is our assistant program coordinator and social media manager. She has a range of experience from data entry to blogging and project management. Julia’s passion is dance, especially classical ballet. While her work at LDI mostly involves working at a desk, her career focus in dance resonates with LDI’s mission, as they both enable people to showcase their strengths, lean in to their fears, and achieve their goals.
Alex Patterson
Videographer/Editor
Alex Patterson is our videographer and editor, managing the production of our video content for our website and for Leadership Dynamics’ YouTube channel. As a YouTube content creator, Alex engages effectively with people to not only create successful videos, but also build and foster an online community of support and learning. His work with LDI helps us share success stories with future clients and allows LDI to provide inspiring and informative content to a broader audience online.
