Training Grants

While employee training tops most companies' wish lists, costs can be prohibitive. That's where the Workforce Training Fund steps in by partnering with Massachusetts companies to underwrite 50-100% of an approved training program.

(These grants are restricted to Massachusetts-based companies with 100 or fewer employees only. Non-profits are not eligible.)

Workforce Training Fund - Express Express Grant

Companies with 50 or fewer employees can receive a 100% tuition reimbursement of up to $3000 per person per course, with a company cap of $15,000 per calendar year.

Companies with 51 or more employees can receive a 50% tuition reimbursement of up to $3000 per person per course, with a company cap of $15,000 per calendar year.
